Birthday present for a friend who likes wine and the beach. Needed: Small 6 x 6 frame (can be used with bigger square frames) [Michaels], barefoot wine corks [friends or myself], twine [got huge thing at Walmart], starfish [Michaels]. Hot glued down and attached ribbon to hang from the wall!
